| Bio: | I am quiet, reserved, but with a core of inner steel and determination. I hide away in my peaceful sanctuary in my suburban jungle. I like chinese food, sushi, organic, and home-made food. I graduated from college with a degree in English and Anthropology. If I had my druthers, I would investigate the stars and ancient cultures and everything in between. People fascinate me and I like hearing their stories. I'm a very spiritual person, although my beliefs are undergoing some changes. I like video games, cartoons, existentialism and beat poetry. I like anything that makes my heart beat with the universe. And there is nothing better than cuddling on a couch with loving kittens.
I am married to ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) android_anxiety, and he is good people. We've recently welcomed our first son into the world and are enjoying the challenges that come along with that.
I sometimes think that the world is ugly and tragic. Othertimes I think I'm lucky to experience so much of the beauty in it. More than anything, I wish that I could save it from itself. But I am not here to save people from themselves... although I wish I could. I am a stranger in a strange land, and my purpose is hidden even from me.
I'm a dreamer, and I dream big dreams. I'm ambitious, and often take too much upon myself to try and reach those dreams. I'm an idealist, although the cynic is starting to come out. I have a big heart, and tend to give too much without asking for anything in return. Often times, that means I get little in return. Things have not turned out like I planned. I've come through life with deep scars I'm facing, slowly and surely. But I am becoming a better, more balanced person in spite of them. I am, at last, almost where I want to be.
